26 Week Update!!

Here is my sweet boys face! The Dr. was finally able to get a descent picture of him! I am going to be getting a bunch of 3D images done in the next 2 weeks, so we will see what he looks like as a little person!! Eeek!! I'm so excited!



Here I am in all my glory of being large and in charge! This is actually me at 24 weeks, I haven't changed drastically in the last 2 weeks so this picture will do! I am the host of one very active little boy. Now that he's getting bigger and running outta room he moves 24/7! His latest thing is I play music for him with my iPad and headphones, he's become very fond of Queen! He really starts movin around in there when they play!

LOTS OF CHANGES IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME....

I don't know why I thought that once we moved back to St. George our lives might, just might slow down a little bit. But they haven't. When we moved into our house last year in February I thought for sure we would be living in it a lot longer than a year. Boy was I wrong! We've been having lots of problems with maintenance at this house, and it's just become too expensive for us. So we made the decision that with the way the real estate world is right now, it would be the best for us to buy a home...

So here we are... both working all the time, Byron's still going to school full time, me being 6 months pregnant and moving... We are still in the process of getting all the paperwork started so we can buy a home. There are so many nice homes on the foreclosure list that would fit our growing family perfectly and as unbelievable as it sounds, our mortgage would be cheaper than my rent...

We've got our fingers and toes crossed that this process goes rather quickly. It'll be nice once we have a place that is actually OURS, that way I know things will get taken care of and I won't have to worry about moving all our stuff again for a long time... Wish us luck!!

20 Weeks!! Half way done!!

I am now 20 weeks!! Officially half way done with makin this baby!
My craving with this little boy has gone from pickles and banana peppers to sour candies and then currently pineapple and salad... Poor Byron, he has to find the foods to fix my cravings! I can still sleep on my stomach (Kinda) with each passing day and my growing belly it's gettin harder to stay on my stomach for long periods of time. I have started to nest... which is horrible because I already suffer from OCD. I've also started to get my nursery in order, its starting to become real to me. I hope this little boy is as excited to come into our loving family as we are to have him! He is already so spoiled and he isn't even here yet! As I get further and further into my pregnancy I can't help but fall more in love with this little boy. I guess it is true what they say, A mother's bond with her unborn child is very strong from the beginning.

And the winner is.... BOY!!!

We are havin a BOY!! I went to the doctor and it took about an hour for us to get him to cooperate! And then he just let it all hang out!! She got some pretty awesome shots of his face and one of him sucking his thumb!! I can't wait for him to get here so I can hold him! We will be naming him Ryker Wayne!

BOY OR GIRL...

In the next week I'm going to be finding out what we will be having... Will it be a little Kamee JaNae or a little Byron Wayne? Our families are split down the middle as to what it will be! I'm going by myself to find out what it is, this is everyone's Christmas gift so its a SECRET!!

11 Weeks & Counting....

At my 11 week check-up Dr. Winward had a hard time finding our baby's heartbeat. This is when we learned that the baby was measuring two weeks smaller than it should be. She did an ultrasound on me, and we saw our little blessing. It was moving like crazy! I can't believe how much it looked like a little person for only being 9 weeks big!! She said everything looked perfect and the heartbeat was good and strong. It was so exciting seeing it move and kick!!

WE'RE HAVING A BABY!!

Yes my friends... the picture you are looking at is exactly what you think it is... It is my POSITIVE PREGNANCY TEST!! Byron and I are expecting our little bundle of joy in June. I can't even describe what was running through my mind when the 4(yes, 4) tests were positive. I feel very blessed that we were very lucky to get pregnant so quickly and easily. I have had a by-the-book pregnancy thus far. It has been an eye opening experience because no body really tells you what to expect when expecting!
